Meet the team – Laura Monks

Position: Administration assisstant

Time at GMS: 1.5 years

Laura says:

“I came to GMS Services with no previous experience in the industry – it was a new sector for me. However, over the months, in my role as Administration Assistant – providing support to the Directors, Contract Managers, Co-Ordinators and engineers – I’ve learnt a great deal about Legionella control.

“Everyone here is friendly and down to earth, so it’s an enjoyable place to work.

“One of the best things about GMS is that they’re keen for us all to develop. If there’s a new area for you to develop into the support and necessary training is provided and encouraged.”

“My experience of working with GMS has been very positive.”
