Meet the team – Howard Parry (MD)

Position: Managing Director

Time at GMS: 25 years

Howard says:

“GMS Services Limited was formed in 1997 with the purpose of providing cost effective solutions to all water related situations. Since that time we have grown year on year, in both sales and clients. This has been achieved by our staff selection process, which focuses on only employing the best in the business.

“We look for staff who have the desire to progress and improve their standing in the water hygiene sector, while meeting GMS’ commitment to reacting to client requirements in a speedy professional manner.

“All our promotions throughout the business have been from within. We identify talent and offer training and apprenticeship opportunities.

“I would like to congratulate all our dedicated team for their accomplishments over the years. Our staff are integral to GMS’ achievements, including the extension of long-term contracts and the acquisition of new clients, who join us on a monthly basis thanks largely to word of mouth recommendations.

“No sales team, no gimmicks, just professionalism in understanding customer needs and expectations – and then exceeding them.

“With the foundation that has been built I can only see a positive future for the company. The next few years are going to be exciting and demanding but I know we have the right people to achieve our goals.

Thank you to the GMS team!
