Jamie Green Joins GMS Services Ltd as Regional Director

We’re delighted to announce that Jamie Green has joined GMS Services Ltd as Regional Director, marking an exciting new chapter in our leadership team.

Jamie brings with him a wealth of experience in the water hygiene and compliance sector, having previously led operations with distinction at Director level with another organsation. With a deep-rooted passion for service excellence, client care, and team development, Jamie’s arrival strengthens both our operational capabilities and our commitment to people-first leadership.

Carl Ollerton, Technical Director at GMS, shared:

“This is an exciting and strong move for GMS. Jamie is highly motivated and skilled across multiple disciplines, which will not only enhance our service delivery but help foster the continued development of our team. He brings fresh perspectives, new skills to the leadership group, and—most importantly—a genuine care for staff that’s perfectly in line with the GMS ethos.”

Gemma Ollerton, our Managing Director, added:

“Jamie’s approach is completely aligned with our values, particularly our commitment to care, outstanding client service delivery, and building strong working relationships both internally and externally. His focus on innovation and IoT solutions adds another layer to our strategic direction. Plus, his Midlands accent will help break up the northern twang we’ve got going on across the office!”

Jamie’s role will focus on strengthening regional operations, evolving our service model through digital innovation, and continuing to build lasting client partnerships based on trust, reliability, and exceptional standards.

Please join us in welcoming Jamie to the GMS family—we’re excited for what lies ahead.
