Gas Services

We can carry out annual boiler servicing of all domestic heating and hot water boilers.

With most modern boilers being A rated, they require an annual Combustion Analysis Inspection to check that the boiler is burning correctly.

It is also important to check the burner condition and clean out the condensate trap to avoid blockages.

General plumbing and heating repairs & maintenance

From time to time, plumbing fittings become worn and will break down. GMS can provide emergency repair to all plumbing systems. This ranges from a leaking tap to larger jobs that need attention.

GMS offer a comprehensive service to a variety of customers such as: domestic home owners and commercial clients who operate offices, warehouses, factories, restaraunts and public sector clients such as schools and leisure facilities.

Heating systems will require maintenance from time to time. Radiator valves may leak, thermostats may fail, pumps and motorised valves may stop working. GMS can carry out all the necessary repair to you domestic heating system to have you back up and running. This includes the sourcing and replacement of parts and installation of new radiators or entire heating systems.

We can call out to your property to provide a free of charge quotations for new installations of boilers, radiators and complete new systems if required.

There are no jobs too big or too small that we will not attend to.

Heating system power flushing

Are you having problems with your heating system? Are radiators cold at the bottom or not getting hot at all? Are thermostatic valves sticking shut or open?

Landlords gas safety certificates

Landlords are required by law to conduct annual gas safety inspection of all gas appliances within their rented properties. GMS can provide this service for you.

We can also carry out remedial works to the gas appliances and pipework, should any defects be found during an inspection.

We can also supply, fit and test CO2 detectors which are advisable to be installed in any domestic dwelling, rented or owned.
