GMS Complete On Deasgate Square – Manchester

FEB 2021 –

GMS have signed off the last of the 4 skyscrapers on the newly developed Deansgate Square in Manchester.

The last 2 of the 4 imposing towers are due to be handed over by March 2021. GMS have been involved in all the water system disinfection commissioning works and had a team of 8 engineers working all weekend (12th & 13th Feb) to ensure the property was ready for the builder (Reneker) to hand over on time.

A fabulous eye catching project that we are very proud to have been a part of.
